Hi group I just want to comment on the recent attacks in Boston first to say that my prayers goes out to the families that were directly affected and to those that will be indirectly affected. What I want to point out is that through circumstances comes opportunties and what I mean is that in light of this attack what action will the government will take to correct it or to gain more control. I have been watching the entire thing unfold since it began so I have a good understanding on what has happened with what I have seen so far. So what really matters to me is that what will the government do next to correct it.

One thing that has caught my attention is that the younger brother was using social media after the bombing took place. So by the government having this information what do you think they will do? That is a good question but the logical thing to me is to monitor these social media sites looking for clues that will point them to people who may have terriost motives(which they probably allready have). The two didnt show any signs before then however this would seem to be a preventive measure in search for people and organizations that have terriost goals. Another thing that I want to point out is after September the 11 the government starting using search engines such as Google, Yahoo and many other.

To gather information on people that were searching for words or phrases that they deemed sensitive to national security. So say you go to Google and type in the search box how to make a pressure cooker bomb that key word would be reflagged and the IP address would be recorded and catoluged with any information on prior keywords searches that the System deemed senative. Along with the IP address come the computer ID number giving them information where your location is and who you are( meaning who purchased the computer). So now what I think is that the government will broaden it reach by tapping into social media site like facebook and twitter giving them unpresedented access to your information.

The government and many companies have super computers that can do trillions of calculations in seconds which means that anyone and everyone can be tracked at anygiven time even as you read this post.
